If you received your card with a sticker on the front of it, you will need to call the number listed on the sticker to verify your information and activate your account.
With Autopay, you can have your payment automatically deduct from your bank account each month on your payment due date. The payment will be the amount you select: either the Statement Balance, the Total Minimum Payment Due or a self-selected (other) amount.
*No Interest for 24 Months on all purchases made with your Sleep Number credit card. Equal monthly payments required for 24 months. Qualifying purchase amount must be on one receipt. No interest will be charged on promo purchase and equal monthly payments are required equal to initial promo purchase amount divided equally by the number of months in promo period until promo is paid in full.
