Our Story
We are building a more diverse corporate America for Latinx leaders.
The Latinx Executive Alliance (LEA) addresses gaps in the advancement of promising Latinx talent. It began in 2021 when a group of executives realized that while there was a commitment to Latinx career advancement in their own companies, there was still a need to drive representation across the greater corporate landscape. As these seasoned Latinx professionals looked for existing organizations dedicated to growing tomorrow's executive leaders and uniting those already at the table, they discovered none existed. LEA was born from that discovery and reflects the founders' commitment to mentoring and developing the next generation of business leaders.
Mission
The Latinx Executive Alliance (LEA) strives to support ambitious professionals by providing access to thought leadership, network expansion, resources and the exposure needed to reach executive-level positions.
Purpose
Our goal is to see a distinct increase in Latinx representation in Fortune 1000 executive management roles in the next decade.
