The NovaDrive™ 400 high efficiency motor and NovaGen™ 400 high efficiency generator offer excellent load capacity and high speed operation without the need for gearboxes and lubrication systems. That means less cost, lighter weight and greener operation, without the potential for oil contamination. Remote monitoring and integrated controls provide precise operation and help minimize downtime and costs of ownership. NovaDrive™ and NovaGen™ 400 applications include the HVAC, renewable energy, petrochemical and oil and gas industries.

Shaft supported on magnetic bearings with controls embedded in the machine housing

Compressor or turbine can be mounted on shaft
Can be directly coupled to a high speed machine
Remote health monitoring via Ethernet port
Peak efficiency: > 97%

Internal components cooled with air or process gas
Stator and housing cooled with liquid
Can be supplied with power conversion electronics
