You can use the Real Rewards credit card at AE or Aerie, in stores or online. The Real Rewards Visa credit card can be used anywhere Visa cards are accepted. You may receive either card when you apply, based on your creditworthiness.

Synchrony Bank will review your credit card application and consider you first for a Real Rewards Visa card and then, if not approved (based on credit worthiness), for a Real Rewards credit card.

Yes! When you provide an active email address for your credit card, you automatically become a Real Rewards loyalty program member. You must use the same email address for both your loyalty and credit card accounts to earn points on AE and Aerie purchases. Only one email address per credit card account can be used for earning points.

You can pay your bill: (1) online at https://aeoutfitters.syf.com, (2) by mail to the address shown on the billing statement, or (3) or by calling 1-866-913-6765. There may be an additional fee to make an expedited payment by phone.

Credit cardmembers are eligible for free standard shipping and returns to U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada on purchases made at AE.com, Aerie.com, the AE + Aerie app, and via direct phone orders when using their Real Rewards credit card or Real Rewards Visa credit card.

Purchases made at AE.com, Aerie.com, and the AE+Aerie mobile app made through a mobile wallet may not receive free standard shipping and returns. Cardmembers who use their Real Rewards Visa credit card for purchases made outside of AE + Aerie locations, anywhere Visa is accepted, will earn 5 points per $1 (USD) spent on net purchases (merchandise purchased minus discounts, returns, adjustments) per transaction (rounded to the next nearest whole dollar).

Real Rewards credit cardmembers earn 40 points per $1 spent with their Real Rewards credit card/Real Rewards Visa credit card. Credit cardmembers who make a purchase without using a Real Rewards credit card/Real Rewards Visa credit card will earn twenty (20) points per $1.
