How do I access the MySynchrony Mobile App?

You can download the MySynchrony App from the Apple App Store or Google Play. 

What can I do in the MySynchrony App?

With the MySynchrony App you can securely manage your Synchrony issued credit card accounts* in one place.

What do I do if I don’t see all of my Synchrony accounts?   

Select  ‘Add Account’ at the bottom of your Accounts Dashboard and follow the prompts to associate your other accounts.

What encryption method is used to ensure my payment is secure?

We use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your personal information.

Will my payment post the same day that I submit it through the MySynchrony Mobile App?

Payments received before 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on any day will be credited that same day. Payments received after 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on any day will be credited on the next day. Note: Payments that post to your account after the payment due date may result in a late payment fee being assessed to your account.

Can I edit a payment later if I need to make a change?

Online payments that have a ‘Scheduled’ status may be modified or canceled until 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the day the payment is scheduled. Payments made online after 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time may be modified or canceled until 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time that day. Payments with a Pending or Processed status, or other non-online payments, cannot be modified or canceled.

How can I set up Autopay? 

You can schedule Autopay Payments to avoid missing a due date or getting a late fee. The option to enroll in Autopay is below the ‘Make Payment’ button on your account. You can select a payment date, payment method, and payment amount. (Payment amount can be: statement balance, total minimum payment, or another amount. Selecting Total Minimum Payment will pay an amount that is equal to the total minimum payment due for each billing cycle. You will avoid a late fee, but may incur interest on any unpaid balance).

Am I able to make payments or schedule multiple payments for my accounts?

Yes, when you have completed scheduling a monthly payment for one account, you can return to the App Payments page and then schedule future additional monthly payments individually, up to a total of 12 payments.

Will I receive a notification that my payment has been made?

Yes, You will receive an email confirmation of your payment at the email address you provided on your account.

How do I set up my banking information for making payments?

When you click to make a payment in the MySynchrony App, you can select ‘Payment Method’ and then ‘Add Payment Method’ to set up your banking information.

You may add multiple bank accounts. When making or scheduling a payment, you can choose any of the bank accounts that you have already added through the MySynchrony App or synchrony.com to pay your bill using the mobile app.

Can someone else access my bank account if I use the MySynchrony Mobile App?

No. No one else can access your bank account if you use the MySynchrony App. (For accounts with authorized users, only the primary account holder can register for and access digital card servicing.)

Can I view my credit score in the MySynchrony App?

Yes, you can enroll to see your VantageScore Credit Score by clicking the ‘More’ Menu and selecting ‘Your Credit Score.’

What do I do if my phone is stolen while I have the MySynchrony Mobile App downloaded?

Please call the Customer Service number shown on the back of your Synchrony card as soon as possible.
