Manage your Belk Rewards™ credit card online

The Belk Rewards™ credit card program is Belk's loyalty program for Belk credit cardholders. Cardholders earn points on eligible purchases, and every 500 points automatically converts to $5 in Belk Reward Dollars, which can be spent at Belk stores and on belk.com. The program has three tiers — Insider, Premier, and Elite — with higher earn rates and additional benefits at each level. Belk Rewards™ credit cards are issued by Synchrony Bank.

You can apply in three ways:

• **Online** at belk.com/rewards
• **In store** with a Belk associate at any register
• **By checking if you prequalify** at belk.com/rewards, which does not affect your credit score. A credit decision is usually returned within seconds. If approved in store, you can use your account for that same day's purchase

Tier progression is based on your annual spend on eligible purchases made at Belk, Belk Market, Belk Outlet and belk.com with your Belk Rewards™ credit card. Once your spend reaches the next tier requirement, your account will be upgraded within 5 days.

Belk Rewards tiers are based on your spend during a calendar year (January 1 – December 31). On January 1 of each year, a Cardholder’s net Eligible Purchase dollars will reset to zero. Cardholders will enter the new calendar year at the previous year-end status level and retain that as the minimum level through the end of that year. As a Cardholder reaches the next milestone, that Cardholder will move to the next status level during the calendar year.

New Belk Rewards™ cardholders receive a discount on their first day's purchases after approval. Applicants approved immediately at the time of application receive a 20% or 25% off coupon valid the day the account is opened. Applicants not given an immediate decision but later approved receive a 20% off coupon in their welcome package. New cardholders also receive 1,000 Bonus Belk Reward Points — equal to $10 in Belk Reward Dollars — when a purchase is made on the day the account opens. The $10 is available digitally in the Belk Rewards™ account or in store at the register

Belk Rewards™ cardholders receive $10 in Belk Reward Dollars during their birthday month. They will be automatically loaded into your account and available after the 1st day of your birthday month and will be valid for a single use during your birthday month. In order to receive your birthday benefit, your account must be in good standing and your birthday noted in your account at least 90 days in advance of your birthday month.

Free shipping benefits on belk.com purchases vary by tier:

• **Insider:** 2 free shipping days per year, issued semi-annually
• **Premier:** 4 free shipping days per year, issued quarterly
• **Elite:** free shipping every day

For Insider and Premier members, to activate an available free shipping offer, make sure you are logged into your belk.com account, select the free shipping option at checkout and pay for your purchase with your Belk Rewards credit card. Once activated, your Free shipping benefit is applied to any purchases made that day on belk.com with your Belk Rewards™ credit card.

Members will receive a certain number of Double Points offers every year that they can activate and apply to their Belk purchases:

• **Insider:** 1 double points day per year
• **Premier:** 2 double points days per year, issued semi-annually
• **Elite:** 4 double points days per year, issued quarterly

Double points offers will not apply on beauty & fragrance purchases, nor will they stack with other point multiplier offers. To activate an available double points offer on belk.com, make sure you are logged into your belk.com account, select the double points option at checkout and pay for your purchase with your Belk Rewards credit card. In stores, notify the associate during checkout that you would like to use your double points offer and confirm via the PIN-pad. Once activated, your Double Points benefit is applied to any purchases made that day in store or on belk.com with your Belk Rewards™ credit card. Double points offers are not available at Belk Market or Belk Outlet stores.

Belk Rewards™ cardholders are eligible for cardholder-exclusive savings events throughout the year, including bonus point promotions and early or extended access to select sales. Offers vary and are announced by email and in the Belk app.

Use your Belk Rewards™ credit card at checkout — in a Belk store, on belk.com, or in the Belk mobile app. When shopping on belk.com or in the app, sign in to your Belk account before checking out to see all of your available offers and rewards.

• **In-store purchases:** approximately 10 days after the purchase
• **Belk.com and Belk app orders:** approximately 10 days after the order ships

The following do not earn points:

• Gift cards and eGift cards
• Non-merchandise charges, including taxes, shipping, and fees
• Leased department purchases (such as salon and spa services)
• Purchases paid through PayPal
• Purchases made with buy now, pay later services, including Afterpay
• Purchases made under a special financing promotion
• Payments made on your Belk Rewards™ credit card account
• Purchases made at Belk Market or Belk Outlet stores

Yes. If you return merchandise after the points from that purchase have already been converted into Belk Reward Dollars, your balance can go negative. Any new points you earn are applied to the negative balance first, and you will not receive new Belk Reward Dollars until the balance returns to positive.

Yes. All Belk Rewards™ points expire after 12 consecutive months with no qualifying purchases on your account. To keep your points active, make at least one qualifying purchase with your Belk Rewards™ credit card every 12 months.
