Why is the eBay Mastercard® Program ending?
eBay has decided to end the eBay Mastercard Program on March 24, 2026.
What happens to my existing eBay Mastercard account balance after the program ends?
If your eBay Mastercard account has a balance, you will continue to receive billing statements from Synchrony Bank. You are responsible for all your purchases and need to continue to make payments on your eBay Mastercard until the balance on your account is paid in full in accordance with your cardholder agreement. You can continue to make payments by phone at the number listed on the back of your card, or by mail at Synchrony Bank, PO BOX 71718, Philadelphia, PA 19176-1718.
What if I would like to continue to earn Reward Points and redeem them after March 24, 2026?
The eBay Mastercard Rewards Program will be ending on March 24, 2026 and you will no longer be able to use your eBay Mastercard for purchases, earn Reward Points, or redeem points at eBay checkout.
I am currently enrolled in Autopay to make automatic payments on my eBay Mastercard account. Will I need to re-enroll?
No. If you are currently enrolled in Autopay, there is no action required on your end.
What will happen to any recurring subscriptions that are charged to my eBay Mastercard?
You will need to update your credit card details with any merchants and other businesses that currently have your eBay Mastercard details saved.
Will I still be able to view my eBay Mastercard statements after March 24, 2026?
You can continue to view your eBay Mastercard statements for the prior 12 months at http://ebaymastercard.syf.com using the same user ID and Password as you do today.
