We’ve switched our credit card provider to Synchrony, a leader in payment and financial solutions. You will receive a new blue J.Crew Credit Card in the mail by early June. Your account number will change with your new card, however, there is no need to activate your new card – you can start shopping as soon as you receive it! Don’t worry – you can continue to use your old green J.Crew Credit Card while you wait for your new card to arrive. We will automatically transfer the balance to your new credit card account. Any points earned on your existing card will still be captured in your Passport account.

Autopay enrollments and future payments on your credit card account after April 25th have been canceled. We will resume accepting in store payments for your J.Crew Credit Card on Sunday, April 28th. You can set up your new online account with Synchrony starting April 29th and re-enroll in autopay using your existing card while you await your new card. You can expect to receive your new J.Crew Credit Card via mail by early June. Please note that your existing card will no longer be valid after June 16th.

Your payment due date may change. Please refer to your billing statement from Synchrony for your exact payment due date.

Starting April 28th, payments can be made to Synchrony by phone at 855-818-3059 or by visiting a J.Crew or J.Crew Factory store.
Starting April 29th, payments can be made online at jcrew.syf.com or sent via mail to Synchrony Bank, PO Box 669820, Dallas, TX 75266-0774.

If you do not have your physical card for online registration with Synchrony, you may create an online account by going to jcrew.syf.com/login, clicking on the green chat icon on the page and typing "Register" when the chat responds or by calling Synchrony at 855-818-3059.

Our rewards process is staying the same and any points earned on your old card will be reflected in your Passport account here. You will continue to receive a $5 reward in your J.Crew Passport account, for every 200 points earned, redeemable in stores and online at J.Crew and J.Crew Factory.

In order to manage your account online with Synchrony, you will need to follow these steps to set up your online account initially.

If you have your old green J.Crew Credit Card or have received your new blue J.Crew Credit Card:

1. Visit jcrew.syf.com
2. Click "get started"
3.Click "register"
4. Follow the prompts entering your old green J.Crew Credit Card or your new blue J.Crew Credit Card to register your account online with Synchrony

If you do not have your physical card:

1. Visit jcrew.syf.com
2. Click "Get started"
3. Click on the green "Chat" icon on the top right of the page
4. When the chat responds- type "Register" then follow the prompts as directed to verify your identification and register

If you are currently enrolled in J.Crew's Passport Program, you can rest assured that you will continue to receive all the benefits associated with your J.Crew Credit Card. Enrollment in J.Crew's Passport Program is required to ensure you receive the benefits of the J.Crew Credit Card. If you are not currently enrolled in Passport, please go here to enroll.
