Payments received before 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on any day will be credited that same day. Payments received after 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on any day will be credited on the next day. Note: Payments that post to your account after the payment due date may result in a late payment fee being assessed to your account.
Online payments that have a ‘Scheduled’ status may be modified or canceled until 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the day the payment is scheduled. Payments made online after 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time may be modified or canceled until 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time that day. Payments with a Pending or Processed status, or other non-online payments, cannot be modified or canceled.
You can schedule Autopay Payments to avoid missing a due date or getting a late fee. The option to enroll in Autopay is below the ‘Make Payment’ button on your account. You can select a payment date, payment method, and payment amount. (Payment amount can be: statement balance, total minimum payment, or another amount. Selecting Total Minimum Payment will pay an amount that is equal to the total minimum payment due for each billing cycle. You will avoid a late fee, but may incur interest on any unpaid balance).
Yes, when you have completed scheduling a monthly payment for one account, you can return to the App Payments page and then schedule future additional monthly payments individually, up to a total of 12 payments.
Yes, You will receive an email confirmation of your payment at the email address you provided on your account.
When you click to make a payment in the MySynchrony App, you can select ‘Payment Method’ and then ‘Add Payment Method’ to set up your banking information.
You may add multiple bank accounts. When making or scheduling a payment, you can choose any of the bank accounts that you have already added through the MySynchrony App or synchrony.com to pay your bill using the mobile app.
No. No one else can access your bank account if you use the MySynchrony App. (For accounts with authorized users, only the primary account holder can register for and access digital card servicing.)
Yes, you can enroll to see your VantageScore Credit Score by clicking the ‘More’ Menu and selecting ‘Your Credit Score.’
